Are you really saying that people are homeless because they are anti-psychiatry? Because of a handful of writers? What laziness! Sure, just let someone else tell you what causes all sorts of people to become homeless. Sure, that is realistic, and honest study. I am sure each of those writers are fucking crackjobs with lazy arguments and unhealthy advice. The only people who are anti-psychiatry who are worth listening to are those who say that a mental problem exists, it just isn't caused by some disease that needs medication to fix it. In fact, studies have proven that medication often changes it into something more long-lasting, or simply covers it up by numbing the user. If they ever stop taking the medication, or can't afford it which is more common, then the thin-ass blanket hiding their unhealthy mental habits will disappear and they'll be lost.

Psychiatry is evil. It teaches that you need "the right way of thinking" and "the right medication" to be healed from whatever is ailing you. It doesn't try to keep you locked up, unless you deny the medication, that is. Involuntary hospitalization is terrifying, and if you don't believe me, then ask one of the thousands of normal people who were forced into those hospital psych-wards. It is hell.

They don't teach that mental "illnesses" are often just unhealthy mental habits that can be personally dealt with in-house, so to speak. They teach that you have it for life until you condition your brain to have some specific chemical balance, or some other horse-shit that has no science to back it up. They lie, and they have probably caused more homeless than either of us could ever realize. I don't trust any studies about the causes of homelessness. They aren't going to give honest answers if asked, and they often barely understand it themselves.

No medications are required to heal yourself. No therapy sessions with establishment-fucks are required to think in healthy ways. Chipit, you are an absolute ass.
