Well, EU should create it's own army as fast as possible. Looking on all other rising superpowers EU can be successful only when united.

This EU army is not for defense. Europe already has that in NATO.

LOL they don't have posse comitatus in Europe. The most common use of national European armies were for use against their own population.

Huh? You obviously have no grasp of European history. Armies were far more often used against their own populations than against any external enemy.
