They've always done that.

No one wants to pay to house other people's criminals and give them 3 meals a day for years. Perfectly reasonable. Most criminals prefer to be home as well. The ones who don't it's usually because they intend to keep offending and being removed from the country would interfere with those plans.

These people aren't just Europeans. We've got a back log because activists feel sorry for the poor rapists.
