And this is why the death penalty should exist. Whomever it was who perpetrated this attack has shown that they are broken and are willing to murder innocent people in cold blood. Remove from them the possibility to ever do this to someone ever again.

Yes, let's fuck up the judicial system for everyone to "punish" brainwashed fanatics who willingly sacrifice themselves for whatever religious bullshit. Next logical step should be the death penalty for suicide because why not?

If they are who said we had to do it nicely. Desecrate them first, in whatever fashion their religion defines, so that they can't achieve the afterlife they hoped for. That will dissuade their other cohort from perform in a similar action.

This would be the logical next step, not your mockery and refusal to approach my statement from a serious point of view. Mockery occured in this context because you have no better counter to my argument. That's okay, but realize it for what it is.

Your "argument" was "we need the death penalty because of fanatics who don't fear death". I don't think something so obviously nonsensical necessitates your laments about not being taken seriously nine days later.
