You have to carry a mask anyway and if you are without mask in a shop, they fine also the shop owner. Problem, the shop owner cannot legitimately force the customer to wear a mask. Another blow to small businesses, big places can always hire some security guys. Finally I have unconfirmed report that the emergency state has been enacted on too big a time interval, therefore it's technically illegal.

It creates fear in our fellowman.
Problem, the shop owner cannot legitimately force the customer to wear a mask.
Is it not their property? Are they not allowed to mandate mask wearing on their property? They cannot force you to do it, sure, but they surely can then kick you out for breaking their rules due to public disturbance and at that point you'd probably be hated for causing such a ruckus even if justified in the normality of living.
