how many Jews do you think were killed in the holocaust, and what do you base this on?

Why does it matter? The only time I get the exact number debate being brought up is from Holocaust deniers trying to split hairs. I was probably told the number by my history teacher or history textbook at one point or another, along with the total casualties of WW2, and the deaths caused by the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, along with a bunch of other facts and figures I memorized once for a test and promptly forgot about.

The point was, there was a pointed effort from the Nazi government to commit genocide against the Jewish people, as evidenced by policies, propaganda, and actions of the Nazi government at the time. There are sites of concentration camps, gas chambers, hundreds or thousands of photos of the corpses and survivors, as well as testimonies of people who avoided, escaped, or survived the ordeal and the people who carried out the act. Most of the Jewish people killed were not the Jewish people trying to destroy the German economy, if such a people ever existed. The German economy was suffering due to being forced to pay reparations as a result of losing WW1.

This is the primary sticking point I have with the "official" narrative

Do you also go through the casualties of every battle, every bombing to determine if they really happened? Do you think the atomic bomb was really dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? Did Japan really attack pearl harbor? Did the Canadians really fight the battle of Vimy Ridge? Do you know the exact, undisputed death tolls of those events? Why are you hyper focused on this particular number and why does it matter so much?

    if you want to investigate it or question any of the fake dogma about it, like the body count, you'll be demonized and face legal persecution in some western countries.

    How are you investigating? I don't think anyone is going to persecute you for going to the library.

    They did teach the real motivations behind it. German economy was suffering from the fallout of WW1 and the Nazi regime used the Jewish people as a scapegoat.

    If you don't believe it, why don't you tell me what you think happened instead of being vague about conspiracy nonsense?

      Your attempt to deflect the truth of what I stated failed. I don't think you're naive and ignorant about what happens to people who question any of the Holocaust-religion propaganda. Even questioning the "6 million" body count, like I said, will cause that person to be vilified and crucified institutionally.

      Questioning how? Like that other guy who said the gas chambers were de-lousing equipment, against almost all testimonies from every side? There's "questioning" then there's spewing pure bullshit in the face of facts end evidence. People died and lost loved ones in these events, I don't blame them for being sensitive. There's a way to go about "questioning" and "investigating" without being inflammatory. There are lots of documents on the event, and some of the sites are open to visitors if you want to take a trip. Some of the people who witnessed the events are still alive, and may be open to being interviewed if you're polite about it. But "did it reeeeeally happen?" is not good faith. Commenting "did six million people rly die tho?" on reddit is not constructive. Being an unhelpful ass is going to get you backlash.

      History repeats itself today with similarities because the roles of Jewish leftist-commies (serving globalists, not their own fellow nations) and lying in the mainstream media and normalizing hatred of the host culture ("white man bad!") have been happening in the US for 100 years, but it's hit a peak in the present.

      My guy, I'll tell you what, I went to a primarily immigrant school as a kid and there weren't any Jewish students there (they went to the predominantly white school on the other side of town). I wasn't even aware Jewish people were still around until my late teens; I figured they all died in the Holocaust. To my untrained eye, there were no difference between them and non-Jewish white people. I say all this to tell you that there are plenty of reasons for people to dislike white men besides "Jewish leftist-commie" meddling. I'm sorry dude, but you can't blame this one on "the Jews". A lot of people are still salty about the trans-Atlantic slavery, white European colonialism, and subsequent events. Maybe try addressing some of that instead if you want to "break the cycle"?

        Why aren't Central and South America taught to hate themselves and dwell in guilt and shame and have that be their identity, like Jewish media tells white people to do in the US?

It's a normal reaction when you've done something wrong (means you're not a psychopath), but most people who were wronged don't care how bad white people feel about the bad things they did, because most people don't care about other people's feelings. My god, dude, this is some serious mental gymnastics to avoid feeling bad about something when nobody actually gives a shit about your feelings. That's kinda equal parts tragic and pathetic. Bad shit was done by white people in recent history, accept it, get over yourself and move the fuck on.

          100% wrong. You're ignorant. There are entire industries, such as mainstream media, populated by people who have a pathological hatred of white people and use every opportunity and platform to increase their anti-white ideology.

          Not what I said. I said non-white people don't really want white people to feel bad, because non-white people don't really give a fuck about white feelings. Hating white people and wanting white people to feel bad are two different things. Separate them first.

          This is primarily why when a black person gets killed by a white person, it's national news for weeks or months or years and used to excuse increasing hatred of white people - even though the interracial white-black crimes are literally over 90% blacks victimizing whites.

          First of all, not all crimes are homicides. Most crimes are shit like theft. Now if we're talking homicides, the majority of homicides are intra-racial. It makes sense because most people socialize within their racial demographic, and most people kill people they know for personal reasons like vengeance or anger or whatever. For crimes, poor people tend to commit more crimes, and black people are over represented in low income demographics due to the oppression and marginalization they have experienced in America. So no, I don't think some crazy white guy gunning down a black jogger is comparable to some dude who happens to be white getting his car stolen by a poor career criminal who happens to be black. For one, the latter happens more frequently and doesn't have anything to do with race. Yeah it sucks to lose your car, but that's not national news material.

          History is replete with terrible stuff. Sooooo much of it is regrettable. Do I feel guilty for it? Fuck no. I had nothing to do with it. Plus I have got enough stuff I've actually done to regret. And I'm trying to make the world a better place by trying to fix some things I see wrong.

          Are you killing people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, etc? Your government is. Does that make you guilty by association and privilege? You didn't start that war, you aren't guilty of the crimes there, but you can try to stop it.

          We all have our own burdens and roles without adding manufactured bogus burdens.

            It's also like fake news about police misconduct. Fuck the fake news. The police are legitimately already shitty enough with enough legit examples without the manufactured ones. Police are only guilty when they're guilty. Otherwise they're just power tripping assholes and legalized bullies with the occasional good guy and occasional psycho.

            There's no shortage of evidence, scientists, etc. that have testified that the "gas chambers" thing is an exaggerated myth. Beyond being impossibly impractical as a killing mechanism, there's no evidence of any massive clean up process. It would be terribly inefficient. If you watch the Spinning Squirrel (Holocaust skepticism) documentary then you can also listen to the other two videos and learn more about the fabrications.

            The "6 million" number was a magic figure from the 1800s, documented. It's the foundation for the "Holocaust religion". Read the links I gave you, including the 14 points. Holocaust math is literally impossible.

            You should know that "indentured servitude" is a fancy term for slavery. There was no shortage of white slaves in North America for centuries - from the Puritans all the way up to the Irish. This is another inconvenient truth that's hard for propagandized folks to swallow. Further, the US Civil War of Northern Aggression was NOT about freeing the slaves. Slavery is now illegal in the USA, except for in prisons. Now that's something to rage about.

            No it isn't hard for me to swallow. White indentured servants were given the option of earning their freedom through work. The majority of them were not dehumanized and treated as chattel the way black slaves were. Moreover, if this matter is so close to your heart, why don't you go find the descendants of white slaves and try to get them their reparations from the descendants of their white masters? If you think it's so unfair, go right the wrong that was white indentured servitude, don't use it as an excuse for the mistreatment of another demographic.

            I don't care about reparations for history's atrocities. I care about truth-seeking and making a progressive difference that is fair for the future. Reparations won't solve the most fundamental critical problems. Illuminating those problems and the lies that surround them that prop them up is more important, IMO. The entire establishment is rigged as fuck and NOTHING will be fair until the corruptions are routed out.

            I don't want to give more power to one group or another. I want an even and fair playing field for everyone.
