Envisat can measure the height of the oceans so accurate, that it can measure the difference between water of different temperatures based on height only.

Based on the data, there was no increase in any sea level rise.
Instead they found that some big cities were sinking due to the big buildings pushing the Earth's crust down.

There is also a cycle of warm periods and cold periods. This is due to the sun's activity. It is well known but mostly censored.

The estimate for rising sea levels through the loss of both polar ice caps from the institute i'm still freelancing for goes like 60 m. Which fits just nicely into their theory considering different data sets.

The city i have a flat in then will be like Venice. Which is quite nice since i already own a boat. Maybe i'll offer diving tourists a chance to take a look at the old cities core then.
