The developed nations of the world have literally been growing and planting more forests than have existed in known record. That, combined with rapidly rising CO2, is resulting in an explosion of woodland everywhere EXCEPT the most corrupt places. Places most of the developed world fines and penalizes trade with for the same reason. This is utter horseshit, one big assumption that means nothing at all.
