Lol what ridiculous tripe. China is weak when it overexpands and will probably collapse internally from instability, if history shows us anything. Ruling by fear rarely works for long.

Show me a government not backed by violence? Go on go challenge the US system, we will see how much fear there is. Try running from a police officer when he is arresting you. As you die from the bullets to your back, you'll know fear.

people don't get shot for fleeing/evading, they get shot for looking like they have a weapon. when someone flees it give the cops more of a reason to suspect they have something they're hiding, and certain movements, like pulling up sagging pants, may be misconstrued as reaching for a weapon in the waistband.
