If there were any problem, the Umma would be on the job. We haven't heard a peep from them, so how is it we're supposed to get upset?

We learned from the Bosnian bombings that if we intervene on the side of Muslims it earns us exactly zero credit with the Umma.

Well we did get some love after we helped out with the 2004 tsunami (mostly because their local religious leaders who spouted "death to the west" showed themselves up to be useless). Some muslim populations are more reasonable than others.

In Indonesia? No way, they despise us. No matter what we do. If aid arrives it is Allah confounding the infidels and causing it to happen.
