I'd get one from one of the many hardware stores that litter london.

London has shops, you know.

Connect up a few dozen reels of garden hose and extension cords from B&Q and the job's a good'n.

There are also taps and power supplies. You wouldn't even need to hire anything, jsut get astreet cleaner truck to stop for a bit
