I'm not sure if that is true but it seems everybody wants a piece of the action. For example, China (big red flag) is heavily criticizing the US through its media right now, talking about racial discrimination in the US. China is in no position to criticize any country on this account. They have imprisoned up to a million Uyghurs (a racial minority), over the last few years. Also within the last two weeks a black man on a date with a Chinese woman was stoned to death in China.

Riots in the US are nominally about police brutality, not racial discrimination. The riots were clearly planned, using a fake lockdown and resulting unemployment/poverty/restlessness followed by a faked murder of a black man. Mr. Floyd may indeed be dead but he was set up for a staged murder.

China has a massive propaganda machine, not unlike the US. They still use short-wave radio broadcasts in various languages to get out their message. Most countries have stopped using short-wave and moved their propaganda to the Internet, but you can still hear Chinese broadcasts all over the spectrum. These broadcasts reach people who may not have the Internet in their homes.

If you are still with me, the Uyghurs are descendants of mostly Turkish people who carried goods over the Silk Roads from hundreds of years ago but stayed in China after the journey. They are more radical than typical Chinese and are seen as a threat by the government.

Right, it's the Uyghurs who are mostly in the north east (tarim basin) who are being put in reeducation camps.

The tarim basin is also being expanded for more oil and gas:

I think the claim (with little evidence) has to be taken with a huge grain of salt coming from the US government who wants to see Maduro out of Venezuela.
