I'm not saying this is the plan, but if they were going full on tyranny they would first inject all the willing, then apply as much social pressure as they could to get more. Then they would demonize the holdouts until new laws could be passed to force others to comply, like fines and travel restrictions, school and work bans. And only at the end move in to force it on the rest.

    You make a great point. They will practically be forced to. I guess I should expect an increased influx of New Jersians into the Carolinas. The problem is that those people vote and they tend to largely stay oblivious to why their job is no longer in New York.
