muh socialism didn't work in Venezuela long before the coup, but that wont stop people like you from blaming it out of convenience. When you get to the point that someone can point to real world examples of what you are advocating for not working and you just pull a bullshit excuse literally out of your ass like "da capitalists dun went in and ruined it" what room is there for any kind of reasonable discussion? You don't need any proof for arguments that support your ideology and no evidence against it is enough.

And once again you don't need any proof that sanctions are to blame and no proof that sanctions aren't to blame would ever be enough. You can just pull any excuse out of your ass and of course it must be true. Meanwhile Russia has been under sanctions since the cold war and they aren't as fucked and are plagued with insane corruption, constant military showdowns with the US, and their oil is 10x more expensive to produce.

Not to mention Venezuela was a food exporter before socialism and now they are starving. There is absolutely no fucking way you can blame sanctions for the collapse of their own internal capacity to produce food. You can't even pull another bullshit "ass" excuse and claim they can't import the fuel because they literally have the some of the cheapest oil in the world.

Good research requires some critical thinking as well as time and effort. Be careful mr canbot, once you start thinking critically you may not see the world the same way. Most importantly in the face of a lack of data or credible data, you can alway abstain from judgment until more data is revealed as opposed to lurching to conclusions....this is my main contention with the rightist ideology and of course just my opinion.

Everyone is trying to coup everyone else. Why are the capitalist countries not falling apart due to socialist coups? Coups require that the people, a lot of people, be very unhappy with their own government. A coup comes primarily from within. 5 guys on a boat don't overthrow a country on their own. They are a pin that pricks the bubble containing all the hatred and resentment that the people hold.

I wonder if it was simply to test all the waters - the locals, the government, the media there, the media here, communications, reaction times, etc etc etc. Then they can refine their tactics for some authentic action.
