It's not a what if. It is called stripping everything else away to make it as clear as possible that there is absolutely no way you can claim that something as natural as starvation is caused by a political system. Your claim is retarded on its face and yet there you are making it; so there is something seriously lacking in your reasoning abilities. I am simply trying to make it as easy for you as possible.
