I could believe this. I do think they hid the real numbers. It would be easy with this virus. Because it mostly targets people who have comorbid issues (cancer, aids). With lack of testing there would be no way to prove all the deaths were from covid even if they were. So it would be easy to hid the numbers in an attempt to curtail panic.

Just as countless people have died and been misattributed to Corona to pad the statistics, I wonder if those 42 thousand people were all Corona victims - OR - victims of another kind of weaponized attack? Viral, chemical, bio, bio-genetic-racially targeted, or whatever.
