i propose they don't sign up for watseful wars and if they do, when they come back they get a job like millions of good vets do

first it's like 1% vets with ptsd out there begging. probably less in vancouver. extreme cold too? They need to get off the streets, get into rescue missions. if a vet they need to go to the VA hospital. There are always millions of excuses to beg for money so they can get money for drugs. None of it is legit. The only one you can come up with is a vet with ptsd but even then there are options besides being homeless and begging.
