If I was the judge, I think at least 10 years in prison and a permanent loss of his license and barred from medicine forever, would be appropriate.

There's more than one way to get HIV. Pakistan had a hideous child rape culture.

Interesting theory. I have heard about Afghanistan having a similar culture and Pakistan is geographically adjacent so I wouldn't be surprised.

I disagree you theory, if a group got HIV from sex promiscuity commonly, they must get gonorrhea and syphilis at the same time.
