EU backs Israel on 'human shields' in Gaza(euobserver.com)

The EU has backed Israel in saying that its unprecedented killing of civilians in Gaza is partly due to terrorists' use of "human shields", amid a feverish debate on the morality of the war.

"The EU condemns the use of hospitals and civilians as human shields by Hamas," EU foreign ministers said in a statement in Brussels on Monday (12 November).

Even if you buy this claim (which I don't), they didn't address what partly due to terrorists' use of "human shields" means. So what's the other part? For the hell of it? Because the only good Palestinian is a dead Palestinian? Because it's easier to kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out?

Since when are "human shields" expendable? Oh wait, it depends on who's killing them, I get it. Remember the brouhaha over civilians dying when Russia launched artillery and missile attacks on Ukrainian forces who had set up their artillery in residential neighborhoods - i.e., using the civilian population as human shields?

These people regularly demonstrate what shameless hypocrites they are.
