Howdy folks. You probably remember me from such threads as Slam Jamming Russiagate or How 400 years of lies were told to us with the idea of showing how deep the systemic issues of America permeate the world.

These are writings and musings on the goings on in society and used to influence what's needed to be done to change it.

But as you've seen, we aren't really a community. What we currently are is a herd of cats going in 8000 directions and working to find answers without any cohesion. Although it means we have individuality, we can sometimes get in our own ways as people aren't working towards common goals and interests in a more unified manner. We each vie for attention and say "THIS IS IMPORTANT" without much reflection on how or why.

And if you look at Reddit, this makes sense. Large subs (not communities) that pose any danger to Reddit are usually forced to migrate and this sub being targeted is no exception

The first rule of migration is to find a safe place to settle and no establishment would make that easy on purpose.

But the minute you settle, you have to place roots. And the digital sphere will never be the roots that are needed. So what do I mean? Simply put, we are out-organized. We are separated by issues. We're divided by state, national, and international borders. We don't know our class relationship. We aren't focused on assisting our fellow man and becoming a strong union of people fighting for our pawns

Our roots are thrown out of the two corporate parties and every last one of us has to find a way through these trying times.

So what are the roots? Well, in the past, people had cities and states that had alignments with labor, which is what we consider left.

I may not like the Teamsters, but that's a union with a history. People should learn it. Learn how Teamsters took over Milwaukee.

But you should also learn Fred Hampton, the revolutionary and how he struggled and organized the community. People should begin to learn labor struggles around the country, then around the world to understand the view of the common man that was usurped by capital when they ousted Henry Wallace. In other words, learn the labor struggles.

Second, organization. If you're fighting by yourself, you're getting beaten by yourself. Create a charter, create an organization, create a labor oriented group that works for those in the community. Organize.

Third, learn the labor struggles outside your own city. Learn the labor struggles in your nation. Learn the labor struggles overseas. Anti-imperialism begins at home

Fourth, learn a nation outside your own. For Americans, we have First Nations, we have yet to acknowledge and that goes right with conquered nations that we've harmed considerably for centuries. To make a whole America, we have to repair the damage done by Empire.

Of course, these roots may be burned. You have a government dead set to kill and murder with no repercussions. It's not supposed to be easy. But what other choice do we have?

Of course there will be more but it's high time to create roots in American society for labor and begin to bring capital to heel.
