Hardbanned vs. shadowbanned - Reddit removes posts or comments with these links but if the site is just shadowbanned, mods can override the removal and approve the post. It the site is hardbanned, they can't.
Some sites you would expect to be hardbanned (like Info Wars) are only shadowbanned. Other sites you would expect to be blocked like The Moscow Times aren't even shadowbanned, which suggests its content is deemed West-friendly.
These sites are HARDbanned. This list is being updated as needed.

Background on this post for anyone interested:
I ran some tests in August 2021 to see which site links would be removed by reddit (https://archive.is/hU5KV). I focused mostly on sites that Sandernista2 identified in a post some 8 months ago (https://archive.is/vgJvI).
Some of the sites many of us believed were targeted in fact posted fine, at least in comments and at least for now - sometimes links/posts are retroactively removed, which is why I linked to the archived version of my testing post above; the original is here.
Update - The original test page is now archived by Reddit so I had to create a new one for testing links.
Each "[removed]" in the original test post represents a site link, I added the placeholder comment so that the "removed" would show up, otherwise there would be no clue something had been there. I didn't always bother with this on the current test page.
