DHS Active Shooting Capstone NED drills serve a variety of purposes. They serve, interetingly a multi-billion dollar security niche market, the pro-gun crowd by instilling fear and encouraging purchasing of weapons, Obama's administration aided in this covert narrative; they also serve the gun-control campaigns, Baker law and mental hygiene acts, and more importantly they create a divide and conquer narrative.

However, it is ciral to understand the state police with DHS are involved in these drills. In the case of El Paso, the FIRE and Police departments had a hundred milion dollar bond on the ballot that election year.

The shooting drill, conducted by them and DHS serves to fund their departments by setting up gofraudme accounts asking for millions in aid whilst deceiving the people into voting yes on the ballot.

Both departments needed new facilities and new technology and this shooting drill served this purpose. If you go back and watch the interviews from the FIRE department and Police closely you will clearly see the agenda being pushed.

Norman Casiano. He also, a week later, on facebook live sung a song with his shirt off, and there were zero wounds. People started calling him out and he deleted the video and said he had a lawyer. Search, not on google, but some other search engine, 'Meet the Cast - Orlando Shooting' or 'Meet the Cast - Pulse' by tru false flag.

Kearnsy74 also had some research exposing all the injured and witnesses involved in the shooting drill, all, either being drop-out Hollywood B-movie actors, a minority being in the entertainment industry, a minority working in journalism, who just so happened to be at a Gay bar, and who do not even live in Orlando, some flying there the day before the alleged shooting, whilst the majority were grade-A criminals out on bonds.

Norman Casiano said he called his father to pick him up. Problem is his father is in jail, and after the shooting, all chargers for his father were dropped and he was released.

Another key witness who got his story all messed up, said he and his boyfriend bought a house together. Problem is a few weeks before the shooting he was desperate for money, did not have a boyfriend and was living in a rundown apartment where he was going to get evicted.

The media and law enforcement are complicit in these laughably fake DHS capatone NED drills. And they are legal to broadcast with perception management as long as nobody is killed.

The reason they use criminals for the witnesses and integrated drama narratives is because these people will sign NDA's because they are desperate for momey or to have criminal charges dropped. They are given the oppoutunity to participate in the drill and have their charges dropped and in the process set up a Gofraudme account to defraud the unaware public.
