CIA/NSA/DARPA usually insert their users into moderator positions and control speech from there. They have accounts in charge of multiple subreddits, then they ban accounts of real people fighting the system.

To be fair to u/justcool393, while he is technically a powermod, he's not of the same league as the cabal of N8s and Turtles. I've known of him for years by being in subs he's on.

JC393 is more like a silent partner, he squats to make sure subs don't get shut down as "unmoderated", and his only "ruling" is from the shadows as a coder. He's responsible for things like banning of 90.69% of r/drama users, or that time he broke a bot and ended up shutting down Reddit because of tying up all their resources.

WRD has needed to go for a while though. They've just been crippling themselves and users by adhering to the ever-increasing demands of Admins.

They should set up a redirect and call it quits. They tried some other site that no one ever heard of, and no one wanted to be a part of. Just point people here instead, and let this site grow.

Why do they still try to deny the existence of "defaultmods"? It's beyond obvious at this point, and admins have even mentioned it in public. They along with Bardfinn also admitted to plotting the Great Ban in secret for a few days. Bardfinn also thinks WRD, and specifically me, u/go1dfish, and u/SpezForgotSwartz, are Willis Carto followers, someone I'd never even heard of before, apparently along with all Jeffersonians. Another thing I keep seeing Bardfinn say is that you're transphobic if you don't like being trans. Like no shit, of course people don't like hating their bodies and spending large sums of money relying on big pharma and dubious political organizations for treatments that barely help.
