Everything not anti-racist is racist. Anti-racist things can be said by a racist. Racism can be internalized or inherent.

Negro sub-humans belong in sub-Saharan Africa and any force required must be used to prevent the feral barbaric filth from escaping. The filth are destined for rightful extinction via natural selection.

Why, though? They aren't exactly known for the love of travelling. Staying in jungles, with free food and randomized death, while everyone else is travelling around the world is how one becomes a negro in the first place. Why create yet another militarized authoritarian faction when what you want it to enforce is already natural? Don't you realize that this faction may decide to secretly promote sub-Saharan emigration simply to justify their funding?
