Reddit took away my freedom of speech. everytime I posted I was scared of what to write after a while. because it felt like redditors would attack me for any reason. and then mods would censor me. and then I would be banned. well fuck em I'm done with them for now....you used to be able to express yourself on there but no more! the bubble only grows smaller and denser and more toxic as it seeks to censor more and more people. youre either with us or against us, you will be ostracized if you don't agree with them. its become a singular toxic entity devoting to taking away peoples freedom of speech at this point. you end up censoring yourself if you use it because in the back of your mind your always thinking is this what will get me up votes? is this what reddit would want me to say? would REDDIT agree with this? and it started so pure and innocent in the beginning I just wanted to be heard clearly. and those FUCKERS strangled me for it!!!!

Reddit did no such thing. They censored you. Now you are here where you are NOT being censored. You used you freedom of association to side step censorship and exercise your free speech. Congrats and welcome to Saidit!

Reddit is a private company. You have no right to say whatever you want there. In fact, if you forced them to let you say what you want, you are violating their freedom of speech.

They're selling themselves as "the front page of the internet". The internet is not a platform for leftists to express their opinions and for rights to hide. Rather, it is a place for all opinions to be heard, and if they want to represent it they need to accept all opinions. They better change their misleading selling point to "the front page of the lefts" so that people know it's not a free speech platform.

Yes, when I came to saidit I hid on s/DAR. Then I realized I could participate on s/politics and it felt like freedom haha

They're scum, but you can exercise your freedom of speech elsewhere.
I'm convinced there is going to be a Reddit-related scandal eventually... to many hardcore trans-activists with serious pedophilia tendencies are in control of the subs.
