It's not alive here either. Free speech takes work and Voat has shown people don't want to do the work.

Voat tried to allow free speech. Extremists took advantage and started speaking. Those who oppose extremism then fled, so they themselves wouldn't look extremist. What needed happen was just the opposite, regular people needed to join in number and simply drown out the extremist voices. But why would anyone take such a risk in our current cancel climate?

Social media has decreased and degridated free speech, Saidit is no different because people are no different.
