In the afternoon of Saturday 14 September a man committed suicide by jumping from the roof of a clinic in Cartagena, where he remained detained after attacking his wife and son in previous days.

According to General Henry Sanabria Cely, commander of the Police of Cartagena, the man identified as Miguel Antonio Rangel Perez 50, he was arrested last Monday 9 September after assaulting with a sharp weapon to their families and trying to harm themselves.

I detained in the medical center because of his alleged mental condition, tied to his bed, though he managed to break free and get to the roof of the building, there ignored warnings of a vigilante who tried to persuade him and finally threw the empty, dying on the spot.
