Occum’s Razor: which is more plausible? That America has a problem with people getting their hands on guns who shouldn’t be allowed as it’s not safe for the general public? Or that secret organizations employs hundreds, if not thousands, of people to perpetuate multiple hoaxes of mass shooters and not a single one of those people turn around and tell the world that it’s all fake?

It’s like the moon landing. It would be harder to get the thousands of people at NASA to keep a secret like a fake moon landing than it would be to actually go there. If everyone was a paid actor, there’s no way that NO ONE would speak up about it.
