It seems before the video one of the nurses reported that he had kicked her. Doctor comes in pissed off about it and is quite aggressive in his attempt to throw them out. Perhaps the guy he grabbed was the friend of the kicker and was justifiably upset at the way the doctor grabbed him (although he has no right to start a fight if he was the kicker) but either way the doctors rough handling of them started this fight. It's hard to say whether he was justified tl ba dle the patie t that way without seeing the kick. It could have been a minor accidental kick or the guy might be delusional kicked and hitting at anything, we don't know. Nurse could have exaggerated what happened or doctor could have simply pictured it being worse than it was or kicker might have been a violent fuck who deserved to be thrown out hardcore. We don't know. The patient and his friend seem calm at the start so I think if the doctor was pissed he should have called the cops instead of just trying to throw up them out. If he didn't want to involve cops he should have at least told them to get the fuck out and if hey didnt then what he did here would be more justified. He let his anger get to him and didn't think long-term. No matter what kinda scumbthe patient was, I imagine calling the cops would have been a worse punishment than simply throwing him out roughly so I don't think doctor thought out his actions.
