In the States, logging trucks pull up to what's called a 'Siwash', to push against the load, while removing the wrappers. As that man in the video taught others, best to have pressure against the load, when removing the wrappers/cable ties.

I once cremated a guy that this happened to. It was pretty gnarly. The log landed on his face and smooshed his head flat.
