I'm trying to find backstory. I've found the video with sound here. I think they're speaking Chinese. Could someone help identify/translate the language?

It is Chinese, they are speaking in a local accent which makes it hard to understand. However, it's easy to make out some common phrases like "Fuck!" and "There's a lot coming out already...".
Not sure what was said that prompted the laugh.

You can see maggots on the outside of the eyelids, and when the doctors open his eyes, its like a soupbowl of maggots. He is definately suffering, I give it a 10/10 on the massively disgusting scale
