I really regret watching this. I just couldn't handle the wails of her mother. Audio makes it 100x worse. Easily one of the most gruesome videos I've watched.

I've seen people without their bottom live on wheelchair, i think it's possible to save someone by cutting in half but that has to be done in hospital under professional care, but in this video she's definitely a goner.
