She wasn't pregnant, she just shouted that, because, ya know. They're saying the woman had mental problems and that it's the cops fault for not treating her with more care.

She was not pregnant. She grabbed his tazer and tried to taze him. Perfectly legal to shoot her.

got what she deserved. if you dont wanna get shot dont fight with police. theyre human too and his life was in danger, if she was mentally ill or not

That was ugly. If she really fired the taser at him then shooting her made sense but the fact that he was silent the whole time just made it look like a fight ending in a murder.

I'm torn here. I'm from the area and Baytown cops have a really bad rep for being corrupt. I'm willing to bet money that there is more to the story.

when will people learn to just follow cops directions and keep your mouth shut...the courts are for arguments...btw she apparently had 3 outstanding warrens so no princess here, but certainly didn't deserve a death penalty...but once she tazed the officer, he was fighting for his life at that point...
