Sweet Jesus. If you're like me you've seen a lot of cases of people getting run over, but you've never seen a human water balloon. I wonder what the secret ingredient is, here? Why is this so unusual?

I think that normally when someone gets crushed, their organs and viscera just go elsewhere in the body. Skin is stretchy and hard to rip, so it doesn't normally just explode. Here, there's nowhere for the organs and blood to go, so they go... everywhere.

Think of humans like water balloons made with really thick rubber; Skin may not provide any cushioning, but it's stretchy and good at keeping its insides on the inside.

Usually it’s with one wheel, this looked like at least 4 wheels bearing down on the body
