In this video at the 17 second mark on the left side of the screen, you can see a mom and a child walking on the side of the road, but not on the actual sidewalk itself. Suddenly, a white car comes speeding and smashes both of them. The car's moving so fast that the mom and kid gains airtime with the car as it jumps over a hump. The kid gets crushed by both wheels while the mom gets landed on and crushed by the car near a powerline. The extremely quick accident freaks out another pair of mom and child. The child gets traumatized by what just happened and tries to run away but his mom hugs him so he won't end up on the street and get crushed by other vehicles.

People immediately come pouring in to check on the situation of the crushed kid and mom. It seems pointless as the kid isn't moving anymore and the mom's been crushed under the white vehicle and the people looking don't even try to check on her anymore. A lady tries to flag down a blue vehicle while pointing at the accident, but the blue vehicle ignores them and just drives away. A woman in white shows up to the scene and takes a proper horizontal video of the accident site before going on her way.
