Both are at fault

· The truck driver, for not looking right at all

· The scooter rider, for driving parallel to a truck and then try to go straight even though he was in a turn-only kind of lane

In this dash cam video, you can see a cement truck and a scooterist moving along traffic. The road begins to split. The scooterist wants to go to the left lane so it speeds up a bit to get in front of the cement truck. The cement truck wants to go to the right lane. The scooterist gets hit by the cement truck from behind, causing the guy to fall and get crushed by the cement truck. You can see the bloody crushed body of the scooterist just under the cement truck.
