In this surveillance video, a man can be seen working on a tire. After putting air in it, he washes it down with water. He then attempts to lift the tire up, but it explodes right in front of his face. If you play the video in slow motion, you'll notice that between the 47 and 48 second marks, the man's head can be seen transformed into tiny bloody chunks of flesh and skull flying in the air as his body flips over.
