On an insane road where everybody seems to have their own rules, a man on a scooter tries to do whatever the hell he was trying to do and ends up getting crushed by a truck.

I seriously have no idea what was going on in that scene. What's the point of a traffic system if nobody gives a damn?! Just look at that mess. People, vehicles, all doing their own thing. It's like nobody gives a damn about safety at all. It's like everyone's got this entitled mentality where everyone will stop for them. I cannot fault the truck driver here.
