Where was the de-escalation? He asked why do I have to get out and they said because we said so. They dick him around for so long and for what? I don't know what kind of retard you are, but he never agreed to comply, he never got out of the car, the cops gave him an order, they don't have to explain shit. Their mistake was using tasers and sprays instead of a baton and a real gun.
