The suspect seemed like a reasonably polite guy, but he was clearly upset/rattled and possibly a little intoxicated etc. So, when Mr. Retarded officer decides to act like a cowboy, telling a guy who is expressing concern about rights violations "i'll taze you" and frequently taunting him with that threat, it's no surprise that the cop got some late night lead for supper. The cop caused this without any doubt, and again, you can whinge about who is lawful and who ain't, but the cop died in his 30's, screaming like Homer Simpson after he clumsily tripped onto the floor.

This cop is doing the rounds while playing out his lifelong fantasy of being "Mr. Big dick sheriff". I live in Australia and I would never be such a dick to a suspect if i were a cop, and the citizens DON'T HAVE GUNS HERE. I mean the cop literally tazed the dude while he was looking for his licence, then sprayed him several times in the face, and the suspect had done....what exactly? Refused to exit his vehicle for 10 minutes while expressing concern regarding rights violations....
