It was real estate agent who was showing him these swanky apartments, or so they would have us believe. The way she runs away from him rather than see if she can stop the bleeding makes me think they're not real close, though.

yeah, she kind of got out there quickly, even though the damage was done and there was no more danger. Like "oops, I guess you won't be buying this apartment..."
