Yes. Black people do kill each other at a higher rate than most groups in America. But that's because the majority of black citizens are poor, and confined to run-down, shitty neighborhoods where there's absolutely no way to move up in life without committing crime.

Poor people of any race are more likely to kill people/commit violent crimes, it just so happens that America has been doing their best at trying to keep black people poor and disadvantaged ever since they made it illegal to literally own them as property. It gives the real criminals (Our corrupt politicians, and the corporations that actually run this country) a convenient scapegoat.
