On June 21, at about 22:00, on the Kostycheva street, the Isuzu B330 concrete mixer crashed into a Toyota Land Cruiser. A 65-year-old driver of an SUV died of injuries on the spot, a 14-year-old passenger was taken to a hospital, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Irkutsk Region said.

According to preliminary data, the 44-year-old mixer driver was drunk. Preliminary investigation is being carried out. The issue of qualifying his actions in accordance with administrative or criminal legislation is being considered.
