1) they didnt see it happen first hand 2) walking onto a construction site is not a felony, 3) if you need shotguns, its not safe. The courts will find them guilty of manslaughter at a minimum.

If you're going to link something you should probably read it first so you don't make a fool of yourself > 1) They don't have to see it. They can arrest him on "reasonable suspicion". 2) Attempted robbery is the felony. He doesn't have to steal anything. 3) Duh, They brought guns for self defense against a thug.

Seeing someone leaving a property is still not "reasonable suspicion" unless you think that because he's black that's all you need to be reasonably suspicious.

Sprinting out after he trips an alarm, and there are already 50 or more other videos online that have surfaced of the same into breaking in and stealing shit, so i don't know why i'm even talking to you.
