I think its actually a dough mixer, those are kindof like big industrial blenders that just move slowly turning dough and don't have blades just a big mixer arm thing, it kindof looks like by the way its so slow and just jerking her around it didn't just grind her into in an instant paste like an actual blender would do

In that case, maybe a long necklace got caught in the mixer and turned it into a tighter noose with each revolution until she was strangled?
