Security cameras recorded the moment when saleswoman Renata Ranyelle Almeida, 23, was shot in the face during a robbery at a store in São Miguel, RN. The robbery took place last Saturday (23). Renata is hospitalized in serious condition at the Tarcísio Maia Hospital in Mossoró and is waiting for a place at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Armed, the man arrived in a motorcycle, entered the store without taking off his helmet and announced the robbery. Other women at the scene went to the back of the store. Threatened by the criminal, Renata went to the store's cashier, removed the cash drawer and set it on the counter.

Then he aimed his gun at Renata's face, fired, and fled the scene without taking anything. Security camera footage outside the store also shows the criminal arriving at the establishment and then fleeing toward the RN-177, which connects the city to Pau dos Ferros, RN.

Apparently she got the ICU room she needed after this.

Other sources state that police is investigating her ex.
At the end of OP's video a woman is speculating that it wasn't a robbery, and I tend to agree. Even though in Brazil this sometimes happens, this is too weird.

Just an update if anyone comes here in the future looking for context, the girl sadly died a few days later and the murderer was arrested today.

Paulo Roberto da Silva, 36, confessed to the São Paulo Civil Police that he killed his ex-girlfriend Renata Ranyelle Almeida, 23, in São Miguel, in the western region of Rio Grande do Norte. In a video made after his arrest in Guarulhos, São Paulo state, on the morning of Wednesday (11), he states that the motive for the crime was jealousy. The case took place on Saturday, November 23rd.

"She left on Friday, stayed with a boy, and the other day a guy showed me a picture and told me about it. Then I went there and announced (the robbery)," he said. According to the Civil Police, the man pretended to be a robber and shot the woman while she collected money from the cashier at the store where she worked. To the policeman, he also confessed that he shot her.

The prime suspect for the crime also confirmed that he had visited his ex-girlfriend at the hospital and was, at the time, already regretting the crime. See the video above.

The man was arrested on the morning of Wednesday (11), in Guarulhos, state of Sao Paulo. According to the Rio Grande do Norte Civil Police, investigators reported on the suspect, who was eventually arrested by the Garra group (Armed Theft Police).

He was hiding in the house of friends who have a shop in the city. The initial information is that he was found in a shed. The Civil Police also stated that the man left São Miguel by car, traveling in the interior of the country. According to the delegate Inácio Rodrigues, he used a vehicle rented by someone else.

"He probably arrived in Guarulhos on the 30th, staying at the house of acquaintances from São Miguel, who live there and knew what he had done. Still, they gave shelter. He is a confessed defendant. We have evidence and confession who point out that he is the author of this barbaric crime. He already had a history of domestic violence that has now culminated in this death", he said.

The court had issued an arrest warrant against Paulo Roberto da Silva, 36, on November 27, but he was not found at home and has since been considered a fugitive. According to the investigators, he is the one who appears with a helmet in the images recorded by the security camera of the store where Renata worked and where the crime happened. He tried to simulate a robbery.

In the video, you can see the woman emptying the shop's cashier to hand over the money to the criminal. Even without her showing any reaction, the criminal raises his arm and shoots her in the face, then flees without taking anything. After the crime, he even visited the woman in the hospital.
