This one just struck me as depressing.

He probably went over that bump so many times with that forklift and nothing came of it. Then one day, out of nowhere, it happens to pitch forward and crush him.

Very true. I wonder what finally caused that machine to fall over. When the video started and I saw it moving wood around, I was predicting the wood's gonna get stuck and he's gonna move it and it'll crush him, but just as I watched him safely stroll back to their warehouse or whatever it is, that's when the machine surprisingly squished him.

Caught on the gutter, probably. That lift is probably intended for totally flat surfaces. Mast was also still raised; center of mass was higher than it should have been.

I see coworkers of mine do these little slightly risky things and I think about it a lot. Sitting on those electric pallet jacks while driving them or having them raised while moving.

Shit on these subs made me a bit more aware (especially around people not wearing seatbelts btw). I feel like I'm also the type to slip into careless behaviour too easy.
