Interesting how the lady is still alive after her head's almost been sliced in half. Imagine if she had the power to get up, she'd be walking with half her head flopping all over the place. That must have been a very painful way to die. The woman was probably wondering "Why can't I speak?" and she didn't know it's because she now looks like a Sesame Street puppet.
