I think the test is false, I'm not that bad with people I choose. It's just that I'm not extremely empathetic and need to avoid groups I don't belong to.

The scale isn't the best tbh. Some of the questions have been shown to be completely unrelated to all 3 types of empathy which the scale was developed to measure, and a shortened version (something like 30 questions) has since been released which is a much more reliable measure of empathy. So you're right, I wouldn't take the results to seriously. I only know this because it's vaguely related to my phd lol.
