Right on the heels of announcing the US conquest of ISIS in Syria, interesting.
I remember when the US "pulled out" of Iraq there were still 80,000 paid mercenaries there working for the US. But because it wasn't official troops, the media said we had "pulled out".

yes thats it and the mercs are still being paid by the taxpayer, but much more than what the military would cost and without the accountability.
